Analysis of communication dynamics and processes

For the very nature of communication, any kind of communication is likely to fail. We can obviate this inconvenience by more attentive and conscious communication. This means, knowing how the communicative dynamics and processes work, regulating the interaction between people. Still it is difficult or even impossible to be aware of this while one is inside the dynamics of interpersonal communication. Today, some fields as sociolinguistics, ethnography of communication, conversation analysis, multimodal analysis, visual communication analysis and social psychology supply with sophisticated tools not only in order to "photograph" but also to "X-ray" the complex mechanisms of the psychological dynamics, the conversational techniques, procedures, and strategies.
